We are a fast-casual Greek eatery with 5 locations, Southend Charlotte, Baxter Village, Stonecrest at Piper Glen, Oakhurst, and our newest location, Davidson! We believe in bringing you fresh, healthy, authentic crafted Greek food, in a warm and welcoming environment. We welcome you to stay and enjoy or grab and go. Either way, you’re eating healthy!
Our Story
In 2003, 3 great friends opened Ilios Noche in south Charlotte. This concept was to be a fast-casual Greek restaurant that also offered adult beverages and fresh-baked items. That concept soon changed with the area’s needs and became what it is today. Now with Ilios Crafted Greek we are giving the Greek fast-casual concept a second chance. We now have 5 locations in Southend Charlotte, Baxter Village, Fort Mill, Stonecrest At Piper Glen, Charlotte, Oakhurst, Charlotte and the newest location Davidson. This concept gives the offering of fast food, but fresh and healthy. It encompasses the authentic Greek meat cooking process and the simplistic seasonings and ingredients of true Greek food.
