UPSCALE Mediterranean-inspired dining is coming to South End­—in a fast casual setting. Stratos Lambos and Angelo Kaltsounis, the team behind Ilios Noche, will open Ilios Crafted Greek in a 2,000 square-foot former bike store at the corner of Church Street and West Summit Avenue. They are targeting a December opening.
